for all orders meeting the minimum value of £150.00 or above. For orders below the minimum order value, the rates below apply.

Our team work diligently to process your order(s) in a timely manner with dispatch times generally within 2 working days of your order being placed. Note however, during busy periods (eg. Christmas & Black Friday sales) order fulfillment may be delayed.
The latest estimates for delivery are provided upon checkout. You will also receive tracking information via email shortly after your items have been dispatched to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Avenue Rose do not offer an exchange policy therefore please return you item and re-order should you wish to exchange your product(s).
How to begin a return
We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase but understand there may be occasions
when a return is necessary. To begin a return, please contact us using the contact form to request a return. You will be provided with a returns number to include within your return package.
Packaging your return
Items must be in their original condition, with security tags and all packaging included for a successful return. Items returned without security tags or fouled and consequently in a condition not suitable for resale will not be refunded. Items returned without full packaging will receive a refund however the cost of lost packaging will be deducted from the refund to compensate for loss. Should any issue occur, you will be notified via email.
Restocking Fee
Please be advised all shipping costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. In addition, Avenue Rose implement a 14% restocking fee (of the purchase value) on all returned items to partially cover processing and administrative costs.
